Architectural project and fees

Before you request GRANITO Arquitectura for fees for an architectural project, it is important that you know:

• Our proposals are always preceded by a site visit and a face-to-face meeting between the architect and you. The most relevant issues regarding the condition of the building and/or the land will be analysed in relation to the project objectives and your preferences.

• The architect also needs to obtain information about the rules established by the Municipal Master Plan - PDM for the land as well as to analyse whether the property documentation is in order for the project.

These two steps - the site visit and the property consultancy, are paid architectural services which can be contracted together.

They are intended to define the project programme and the estimated costs of the work to be carried out.

The architectural fees will therefore be calculated on the basis of the project programme that was defined and will correspond to a percentage of the estimated costs of the work.

A good architectural project must be well founded!
